Description
During this course, participants will learn about estimating and preparing a bid, change orders, earned value, certified payroll, budgeting and material cost tracking. The course will also cover construction accounting, cost codes, invoices and lien waivers as well as application for payment and schedule of values. Participants will learn to determine hard costs and manage cash flow.
