February GMM: Procurement & Legislative Update

February's GMM will now feature a legislative update from RD Sewald, co-founder and principal of Sewald Hanfling Public Affairs, and Mariah Cook, who serves as a state lobbyist for Sewald Hanfling Public Affairs. We'll also have a procurement update from Matt Beecher, principal of Beecher Development, and Luis Covarrubias of Anser Advisory.
