All Star is a State and Federally licensed, insured, and bonded environmental services company. Founder, President, and CEO Linda Froemke has over 30 years of experience supervising and managing hazardous materials projects including characterization, handling, and disposal of building demolition, steam line excavation, soil remediation, and residential/commercial mercury, lead, and asbestos remediation. Linda has managed large-scale asbestos, lead, mercury, and beryllium abatement/remediation projects on federal and commercial contracts up to $12 million and supervised up to 150 employees. Linda has experience with local, state, and federal regulators including DOE, EPA, OSHA, and CDPHE. Linda’s diligent efforts have built a solid foundation and established strong client relations.
