The purpose of this class is to educate businesses on key steps for how to build and implement a positive company culture. It will cover:
- Building a culture that attracts the right fit in your recruiting
- Prioritizing mental health in our companies
- Coping with stress during/after COVID
- How to support yourself and your family
- Recognition of warning signs and how to ask for help
- The Procore Culture Flywheel
- Communicate your company's mission and goals and align your commitment with your workforce
