The purpose of this class is to educate businesses on key steps for how to build and implement a positive company culture. It will cover:
 
  • Building a culture that attracts the right fit in your recruiting
  • Prioritizing mental health in our companies
  • Coping with stress during/after COVID
  • How to support yourself and your family
  • Recognition of warning signs and how to ask for help
  • The Procore Culture Flywheel
  • Communicate your company's mission and goals and align your commitment with your workforce

Location:
This is a in-person event that will take place at the HCC & AGC offices in the training classroom downstairs. 
We also have virtual capabilities that will be shared with attendees via a reminder email.
