Description
During this course, we will discuss the specialized property and casualty insurance that contractors often need to protect themselves from financial losses due to damages, injuries or liability claims that may arise from their work. We will also touch on wrap policies and why they are important in the construction world.
We will also discuss the mechanics of surety bonds, as well as the steps needed to obtain bonds and improve terms and conditions. Additional content will include accessing the SBA program and utilizing other resources to help contractors grow their company and increase profits.
