Event Description:
As an HCC member, you have been invited to participate in an intimate, virtual "Listen-In" event with the Xcel Energy Supplier Diversity Program, facilitated by Vaheed Nejad, Xcel's Supplier Diversity Program Manager.
The conversation will allow the Xcel Energy team to tap into your experiences and collect actionable feedback around what is working and what can be improved—whether you've worked with Xcel in the past or not. Your participation, answers and feedback will ultimately help drive the future of the Xcel Energy Supplier Diversity Program.
Each session will be capped at 30 participants to allow for an interactive conversation. Meeting instructions will be sent prior to the event.
Xcel Energy's team will report on its findings at the May GMM (note the rescheduled date of May 24!).
If you can't attend this date, there will be another session offered on April 17. You should attend one or the other (not both).
