Join HCC’s Small Business Round Table Committee for this unique opportunity hear from lenders speaking specifically to construction and construction-related businesses! The panelists will cover:
Documents and information needed to have a successful loan application with a commercial bank or microlender, including what to expect, how to prepare for the meeting, how to request a follow-up session, etc.
What type of information they should learn about their bank that may not necessarily be readily available on a bank’s website or marketing materials, including the bank’s specialties (construction loans, lines of credit, real estate acquisition, etc), services designed for construction and construction-related firms, business banking products and services, customer service locations, etc.
Stories of collaborations with banks and/or CDFIs/microlenders that successfully helped a construction/construction-related business
